A Bit About Me
I am a former professional basketball player and Mental Skills Coach who has a passion for helping others. I got into this field because I have always struggled with confidence and anxiety, on and off the court. I never knew how to deal with these problems until I attended Whitman College and met Graham Betchart, one of the leading Mental Coaches in the U.S. Through his teachings and my own personal experiences, I wield a very unique skillset catered to athletes. I am a coach, but I am also a player.
I completed my Master's Degree of Science at Loughborough University in the UK, and am ready to spread my knowledge in Mental Skills Training. Below is a timeline of my education and qualifications for this position. We are in a time where the mental side of sports is becoming more of a focal point. Let's train the mind together.
